Start assisted secure setup

Secure ownership cannot be granted by pressing a button inside a normal Play Store app. Android requires QR, zero-touch, or Knox provisioning during managed setup. An already-used phone may require a factory reset, and that must be approved first.

The code is tied to one account and one device.
